A Declaration by the Educator
Self Expression Document

HDE (contributor)
Today, I declare myself to be responsible and as a Human Design Educator (contributor) choosing to contribute to the area of relationships.
“Why relationships?” The personality asked the person.
“Why not relationships?” The person asked the personality
“Relationships break us.” The personality answered.
“Relationships build us.” The person answered.
“Relationships suppress us.” The personality answered.
“Relationships are our lifeline.” The person answered.
An enquiry began.
I now know, the personality was constructed because of the impacting relationships around me. I acknowledge my personality as it had fulfilled its purpose which was to keep me safe and secure. However, as a result, the person had been buried deep inside under the clocks of various personalities that I had dawned upon myself. I had been living for the last 50 years with limiting beliefs and various fears and insecurities. I ask you- Is that how a human being should live? NEVER!!! Today, I can exercise the choice for myself and take responsibility for knowing my authentic self.
I also realise that relationships are what we live for, relationships are what inspire us and relationships are what impact us the most. We shape ourselves according to the relationships that we have around us.
As an HDE (professional) I had chosen to work with children as my contribution to the future of humanity. I chose children because I felt myself to be fully expressed among them. I believed that I could be authentic only among children without the fear of judgement or rejection. I also believed that if I could contribute to children, my contribution to humanity would be complete.
However today as an HD E (contributor), I feel incomplete in my self-expression of HDE professional. it is not only that I want to work for and with children, I want to work with people in building joyful relationships so that peace and oneness is created all around which would lead to the possibility of world becoming a family. I choose to be responsible for creating joyful relationships where each one sees the other as self.
